STRENGTH AND BEAUTY.
Some degree of physical strength and a woll developed body are the moral obligation of every man. The exquisite beauty which is the natural heritage of” every woman can only come through the proper functioning of the muscles and internal organs. Too long have people been held back in life, not being able to give full expression to their ability and personality. This is due in many cases to inferiority, caused by physical weakness. Blen and women interested in attaining physical perfection should not miss this last opportunity of seeing Alfred Blaxall, the noted authority on muscular development and health, in a demonstration of American and Continental physical culture, mu6clo control and men’s and women’s exercises. Mr Blaxall is the possessor of a welldeveloped, perfect physique, and is a prize winner in an American physical perfection contest. His photographs have also been used to illustrate articles in leading American physical culture journals. Particulars are advertised elsewhere.
