SYDNEY JUDGE’S COMMENT. SYDNEY, Aug. 23. A witness in a racing case at the Quarter Sessions in Sydney yesterday was told by counsel to “Wake up.’’’ “Don’t be angry with him,” interposed Mr Justice Curlewis. My experience of racing men is that they have the intelligence of imbeciles or o'f children.”
