BOXING.
GRIFFITHS’S MOVEMENTS. • Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, July 28. Tommy Griffiths was to have met Tommy Donovan at New Plymouth on August 17, but, although the Taranaki Association has not advised him, the Wellington Association has asked him to replace Donovan there against Ern Connors on August 5. As Donovan is definitely laid aside for two months Griffiths is keen to accept the match, but would like a week longer to fit himself for tho bout. He is also keen to meet Bobby Delanev.
