SUNDAY CONCERT.
THEATRE DE LUXE TO-MORROW. IN AID OF UNEMPLOYED. In tho Theatre do Luxe at 8.30 p.m. tomorrow, a concert will bo given to raise funds for local unemployment relief. A splendid programmo has been arranged, including solo numbers by local artists and selections from “Chu Chin Chow” and other pieces to be rcnedcred by tho Theatre do Luxe orchestra. Artists contributing items include Miss Myra Wilson, songs; Mr C. 8011, xylophone solo; Miss Dorothy Southcy-Bakcr, violin numbers. Altogether, tho programmo is an excellent one and it is hoped that tho public will appreciate tho efforts of the performers and respond to aid a deserving cause. UNEMPLOYMENT CONCERT. (To tho Editor.) Sir, —Wo have to thank Mr F. Jackson for generously arranging for a sacred concert at tho Do Luxe Theatre to-morrow evening at 8.30 o’clock. Tho Do Luxe Orchestra has very kindly promised to contribute a number of items to the programmo. Wo are anxious to raiso a substantial sum to meet difficulties which will arise during tho next few months, and we therefore trust thoro will bo a large attendance and so constitute a financial success. — Yours, etc., J.
