GET £12,000,000 WINDFALL. The French budget" for 1930 anticipates a revenue of £393,000,000 and a surplus of £453,000, says the 1 aris correspondent of the London Times. There are windfalls for the taxpayer in the shape of a £12,000,000 reduction in taxation, including income tax.
