POPULAR LECTURE.
All who havo been privlegcd to hear Miss Jennie Street, tho well-known English religious journalist and worker among young people, who is ut present visiting Palmerston North, will anticipate with pleasure her final lecture which will be delivered in the Municipal Hull to-night. The lecture will deal with religious life on the Continent of Europe and especially with the work of the Christian Endeavour Movement among the different nations. Miss Street brings messages from many peoples and will display banners used at many C'.E. Conventions. In these crucial days, when it is 60 necessary that nations shall understand each other, that movements for tho peace of the world shall. be strengthened, such a lecture as that to be delivered by Miss Street should prove of inestimable value. A large audienco should assure Miss Street that her visit to our town has been greatly appreciated.
