The Manawatu Hunt hounds will meet at the homestead of Mr D. B. MeEwen, Kairanga, on Wednesday next, Juno 12th. The throw-off is at 2 p.m. sharp. The social committee of the Takaro Bowling did) intend holding their second series of progressive 500 card evening in the Takaro Church Hall on Monday at 8 p.m. Excellent prizos have been donated so that patrons are assured of a pleasant evening. Invitation holders are reminded of the combined merchants and mercantile stalls ball, to be held in the Empire Hall on Monday, June 10.
