BAROMETER UNSTEADY. Tho Government meteorologist telegraphed to-day:—The indications are for moderate to strong westerly winds, freshening at times. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled with scattered showers, but improving gradually. The barometer is unsteady.
