RELIEF FOR MINERS.
(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, May 26. This week the final instalment of the Government’s £869,000 £1 for £i grant toward the coalfields distress funds will be received by the Central Committee. The total of the funds to date, including the Governnient’s contribution, is £1,738,000. The amount distributed is approximately £Bll,ouu.
