MYSTERIOUS FIRES.
COMMUNISM IN INDIA. (Australian Press Association.) DELHI, May 15. It is suspected that Communists ara making deliberate attempts to destroy the big railway workshops at Lahore. Mysterious outbreaks of fire led to the discovery of a poster signed: “One desirous of complete independence,” and confessing to acts of incendiarism. The poster also issued a warning that an attempt would be made to fire other large workshops to-morrow-. Cotton waste soaked in oil was found in the workshops.
