Fitzpatrick, to inspector and takes charge of Greymouth East; Senior-sergeant P. J. O’Hara, Christchurch, promoted to sub-inspector and remains in Christchurch ; Senior-sergeant T. Shanahan, Oamaru, replaces . Senior - sergeant O’Hara, Senior-sergeant. D. Scott, Wellington, goes to Oamaru; SeniorDetective R; Ward, Wellington, transfers to the uniform branch; Seniorsergeant Charles W. Lopdell, Wanganui, transferred from the uniform branch to be Chief-Detective at Wellington; Senior-sergeant D. A. MacLean, Gisborne, transferred to Wanganui ; Sergeant H. C. D. Wade, Wairoa, appointed senior-sergeant at Gisborne ; Sergeant E ; Quaile, Napier, takes charge at Wairoa; Sergeant J. R. Hodgson, Wellington, transfers to Napier; Detective T. Fitzgibbon, Napier, promoted to Detective-Sergeant and remains at Napier; Constable J. Carmody, Thorndori station, Wellington, promoted to sergeant and remains at Wellington; Constable D. Crowe, Picton, transfers to Thomdon; Constable T. N. Condon, Brooklyn, takes charge at Picton; Constable E. W. Strafon, Upper Hutt, takes charge at Brooklyn; Detective - .Sergeant J. Thompson, Wellington-, transfers to Hamilton; Detective F. Sinclair, Auckland, transfers to Nelson ; Constable T. Y. Hall, Nelson, transfers to detective office, Wellington; Acting-Detective Waterson and Constable Fell, Auckland, detailed for duty with the Samoafi police force
