EAST AFRICAN AFFAIRS.
(British Official Wireless.) Received April 10, 9.5 a.m. RUGBY, April 9. Sir Samuel Wilson, Permanent Under-Secretary for the Colonies, left London this afternoon for East Africa to confer with the local governments and the representatives of unofficial opinion on the Hilton Young report regarding closer co-operation . between Kenya, Uganda and Tanganyika. Sir Samuel is accompanied by Lady Wilson and will be absent three months.
