HOCKEY TROUBLE.
INDIA AND GERMANY. At the request of the Indian Hockey Association, tire International Federation has instructed the German Hockey Association to break off negotiations which it has tentatively entered into with Rosser, manager of the Indian Olympic hockey team,’ regarding the visit of another Indian hockey team. There are allegations of professionalism.
