FRENCH NAVY.
NEW WARSHIPS BEING LAUNCHED, ff CRUISER OF 10,000jrONS. ' (Times Cable®. PARIS, April 10. New warships totalling 30,000 ton# are being launched from French shipyards in April. They include a cruiser of 10,000 tons; which will be named Foch, and equipped with an aeroplane catapult. There are also two oceariS submarines, of 1560 tons each, of France now has 24 either commissioned or building. They will carry 10 torpedo tubes, one four-inch and one smaller gun; will have a surface speed of 18 knots and a speed when submerged of 10 knots. They will carry a crew of four officers and 57 men.
