GOLF.
A list has been posted at the golf links on which members who wish to play in the B. and A. competition, and tho McLennan four-ball, can enter their names; full particulars will bo found on the notice board at the links. Only those whose names are down on the list will be drawn in the above competitions. The Ranui Golf Club (who at present hold the Nathan Cup), having lost their links, have now merged with the Titahi Golf Club. It will have to be decided whether the latter club will have the right to hold the Nathan Cup, or whether it will revert to the Manawatu Golf Club, who founded this competition. It is quite an open question that may have to bo settled by the New Zealand Golf Association.
The April medal competition was not played on Saturday, the 6th, this being the proper date—(the first Saturday in the month) —owing to the proximity of this date to the Easter tournament, and it will be played next Saturday, the 13th inst.
The April bogey competition will bb played on the' 20th inst., that being the third Saturday in the month _~tiie proper date.
