An informal meeting of delegations from the legislative establishments of five world Powers in August to discuss further naval armament limitation was described to-day by Mr W. Britten, the chairman of the Naval Affairs Committee of the House of Representatives, and the initiator of the plan, as an assured fact. Mr Britten stated that meetings would take place at Biarritz, in Franco, or Geneva after, the session of the inter-Parilamentary Union.
