BOXING
TROWERN OUTPOINTED BY FAUL Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, April 1. In a fifteen rounds professional boxing contest to-night J. Paul (Dunedin), 10.7, outpointed R. Trowern (Auckland), 10.6. The fight went the full fifteen rounds and the margin of points at the finish was small. Paul’s very busy left bothered Trowern, who, however, was superior in the footwork and the in-fighting. One of the judges declared a draw and the other a win for Paul. The referee gavfe his decision for Paul.
