Received April 1, 12.5 p.m. *■'. GIBRALTAR, March 31. The Atlantic and Mediterranean fleets are separating after taking part in valuable manoeuvres. The manoeuvres have resulted in noteworthy differences of opinion concerning air versus sea arms, the predominating opinion, which the Higher Command holds, is that aircraft is. being developed and improved, but it is insisted, however, that the value of sea power is still undiminished.
