EASTER HOLIDAYS.
ATTRACTIONS LOCALLY. With the marked improvement in the weather to-day, conditions were decidedly more favourable than had been anticipated for the numerous fixtures arranged, although early this morning the weather did not look at all propitious. Yesterday Good Friday, was made dismal by the rain which fell at first in intermittent showers and later developed into a steady fall, keeping many indoors. To-day three tournaments, golf, bowling, .and association football, were in progress while cricket matches were held locally and races took place at Feilding.
