CHILD’S SAD DEATH
Per Press Association. NAPIER, March 30. Frank Rose aged 18 months, struggled half way through the bars of a cot at the home of his foster parents, Mr and Mrs F. J. Shepherd, of Westshore, yesterday afternoon, and while suspended feet downward, held at the waist, died of shock when endeavouring to free himself.
