The break in the transmission line from Mangahao has been located, and put right, so far as the east line is concerned, this being effected and the line got going at eight o’clock last night. The fault in the other line is still being sought. Mr Kissell remarked to-day that the trouble on the east lin© was at Paraparaumu.
