IMPROVEMENT IN HEALTH. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, March 1. Sir Austen Chamberlain, the Foreign Secretary, is much better and will leave London on Saturday for Geneva to attend the meeting of the League Council, which begins on Monday. Sir Austen is suffering from catarrh of the throat.
