KELLOGG TREATY.
ORIGINATOR’S HOPE. (Australian Press Association). WASHINGTON, Feb. 28. Mr F. B. Kellogg to-day expressed the hope that the Outlawry of War Treaty would have come into force by next Monday. Twelve of the fifteen original signatories had ratified 'the agreement, and France, Japan, and Belgium were jiow working on ratification.
