NOTED AVIATOR.
LINDBERG’S CRASH. EXTENT OF INJURIES. (Australian Press Association- —Lnited Service.) NEW YORK, Feb. 27. Colonel Lindberg is reported to be in bed at the American Embassy at Mexico City suffering from a “slightly dislocated shoulder,” in addition to an injured wrist. A physician found that Miss Anne Morrow. Colonel Lindberg’s fiancee, was suffering from severe shock only. The aeroplane is not badly damaged. Witnesses state that a fatal disaster was prevented only by Colonel Lindberg’s skilful attempt to make a slow landing.
