FRONTIER DISPUTE.
(Australian Press Association. —United Service.) 1 LONDON, Dec. 21. Mr G. Locker-Lampson, questioned in tlie House of Commons concerning Bolivia and Paraguay, stated that the Foreign Secretary had not entered into negotiations with the United States in order to secure, with the help of the League of Nations, a peaceful settlement. The British Government had not thought it right to take any action independent of the League of Nations.
