MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
An affiliation order requiring him to pay 12s 6d weekly for tho maintenance of an illegitimate child was issued by Mr J. L. Stout, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court, yesterday, against'James Alfred Freeman, of Palmerston North, who was ordered to pay medical expenses amounting to £l3 10s and back maintenance since September at the rate of 12s 6d per week, as well as witnesses’ expense^.
