CANADA AND IRELAND.
MINISTERS NOT TO BE APPOINTED. (Australian Press Association —United Service). VANCOUVER, Oct. 28. A message from Quebec states that Canada will not appoint a Minister to Ireland and Ireland will not appoint a Minister to Ottawa. The Prime Minister, Mr McKenzie King, made this clear on his arrival from Europe.
