COUNTERFEIT COIN.
TWO ARRESTS. SYDNEY, Sept. 6. Arthur Twibble and Joseph Perry have been arrested in connection with tho discovery at a house in Alexandria of a complete coining plant. The police believe that the plant has been responsible for great numbers of counterfeit florins which have been circulated in Sydney during the past twelve months.
