PEACE PACT.
EGYPT’S ADHERENCE. (Australian Press Association—United Service). CAIRO, Sept. 4. The Egyptian Government has declared its entire adherence to the Peace Pact, such adherence not being considered as the acceptance of any rservationa, concerning the Pact. It will be recalled that Britain reserved the right to take action in defence, in any part of the world, of a strategic point vital to the Empire’s safety.
