A petition in bankruptcy lias been filed by Arthur Bevan, labourer, of Otaki, who owes to unsecured creditors amounts totalling £297 17s od. There are no other debts and no assets. (Palmerston North), £25 5s sd; Manawatu Mills (Palmerston North), £24 16s 7d; Manawatu Bacon Co. (Palmerston North), £22 18s 6d; C. Goldfinch (Palmerston North), £2l; Awaliuri Dairy Co. £l6 13s 9d; Wylds’ Estate (Palmerston North), £l3. Tho assets, comprising stock-in-trade, book dehts and plant, are valued at £341 12s sd.
