HORSE AND FARMING GEAR
Mr J. L. Stout, S.M., heard a caso at the Magistrate Court yesterday afternoon wherein Thomas Saunders, of Glen Oroua, farmer, proceeded against J. W. Lucas, also of Glen Oroua, farm labourer, seeking the return of a draught horse and a drav and harness, or their value, estimated at £55, plus £6 as damages. After evidence had been heard from both parties, His Honour ordered the return of the horse and articles claimed or the payment of £4O. Costs amounting to £6*lls were also entered against defendant. . , Mr Ongley appeared for plaintiff ana Mr Cooper for defendant.
