MAORI’S DEATH.
VERDICT AT THE INQUEST,

GISBORNE, Aug. 6,
A verdict of death from laceration of the brain was returned by the Coroner, Mr Levvey. S.M., at the inquest this morning on Heremaia Tahunatai, aged G 5, who died in hospital on July 29 as the result of injuries sustained through a fall from a horse at Wlnngara on the previous day.
