MOTORING MISHAPS.
ADMISSIONS TO HOSPITAL
Last evening George Batt, aged years, a resident of Manakau, admitted to the Hospital suffering 1 1 om severe injuries to the head sustained a collision between a motor cycle on which he was mounted and a baker s van. It was reported to-day that he had spent a fair night and that ms condition was satisfactory. . Charles Harding, a labourer of lailiape, who sustained injuries when a motor lorry ran over a bank about halt a mile on the Levin side of the Whinkino bridge on Saturday morning, and which necessitated his being removed to the Palmerston North Hospital, is reported to bo slightly improved.
