COUGH MIXTURE BY THE PINT.

AT HOME. Tho following recipe, by a qualified chemist, means an enormous saving in tho cost of cough and cold medicine. Mix 4 tablospoonsful sugar, 3 of treacle, 2 of vinegar, and a largo breakfa6tcupful of water. Stir till dissolved, and put into a clean pint bottle. Add one bottlo of “Heenzo” (Hean’s Essenco) and shako well. You thus got the equivalent of seven or eight ordinary bottles of cough remedy for tho price of one. Not only a wonderful saving, but tile result is a pint of tho finest family cough and cold remedy money can buy.
