MALING CASE.
SYDNEY, July 27. The Maling case has been adjourned until Monday. The evidence to-day consisted of a recapitulation of that given before the Royal Commission. The defence in-; tended to call ex-Alderman Holdsworth but he was too ill to attend, so an adjournment was granted.
