FREEDOM OF LONDON CITY. (British Official Wireless.) Received July’ 28, 11.35 a.m. RUGBY, July 27. The Corporation of the City of London have resolved to confer the Freedom of the City on the Archbishop of Canterbury in view of his approaching retirement.
