ROOF ’DROMES.
LONDON’S FIRST READY. LONDON, July 21. Loudon’s first roof air. station on the top of Highgate School was inaugurated to-day by the Secretary for the Air (Sir Samuel Hoare). _ Its completion inspires a vision of a ring of roof-top aerodromes, with landing stages and taking-off platforms for small aeroplanes on the heights of London. The equipment of the new station will include a hangar, two small aeroplanes, and fittings, construction, repair and assembly shop.
