2ZF HEARD AT TOOWOOMBA
This week’s mail from Australia brought a letter to the Manawatu Radio Club from a listiner-in at Toowoomba, Queensland, who the programme broadcast in April -o. The writer states, inter alia : —•1 received vour station. 2ZI. last night, April 22,' at 6.25 p.m. Your transmission was received here very cieaiiy and at good strength and there was no fading. 1 have a three-valve receiver and both your music aud speech were as>clear as a bell, and tne transmission was very steady. The writer then gives details of the programme numbers and concludes. ‘“411 these items were heard at excellent strength and were FB.’’ (The latter is a radio abbreviation ror ..lie business.”) 4
