Tho Palmerston North Horticultural Society extends a cordial invitation to residents o£ Palmerston North and district to attend it’s annual chrysanthemum show to be hold in the Empire Hall tomorrow. In the past the society has been accorded good support by the public, but it is felt that, in view of the good work it is doing, there is room for better patronage. The doors will be opened at 2 p.m. Afternoon tea will be provided by a band of lady workers. Good entries have been received, and a successful exhibition is assured, many of the classes having been accorded excellent support.
