MAGISTRATE’S DECISION. Judgment lias been given in a , case where the quality of a tobacco was the cause of a dispute —which originally arose between two solicitors who maintained that because certain, brands of tobacco were Virginian blend they were of highest quality. The magistrate, however, reversed this opinion. He stated -_that he had given grave consideration to the question of tobacco superiority, and he was convinced that Bears’ Tobacco was the leading tobacco because it was conclusively proved to be pure Virginian.
