CHILD RUN OVER.
VERDICT OF ACCIDENTAL DEATH. . - Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Jan. 20. The adjourned inquest was concluded to-day "concerning the death of Yvonne Lawson, aged 54 years, who was knocked down on New Year’s Eve at North New Brighton by a motor car driven by C. S. Hardy, and subsequently dying in hospital. Further evidence showed that the car was pulling up at the time of the accident and was travelling slowly. A verdict of accidental death was returned, no blame being attachable to the driver of the car.
