BULLS NEWS.
MEMORIAL SERVICE. (From Our Own Correspondent.) BULLS, Jan. 21. Rev. H. E. Jones, M.A., vicar of Bulls, will officiate at the memorial service to the late Rev. Mr Spencer Tremaine, at Rongotea, at 11 a.m. on Sunday. The evening service (at 8 o’clock) will bo conducted by Rev. W. H. Walton, vicar of Foxtion. GENERAL. Deep sympathy with the relatives of the late Mrs D. G. Riddiford was shown yesterday when the cortege at her funeral included representative townspeople pf Bulls, farmers from all parts of the district, and representatives of the Rangitikei Racing Club and the Hunt Club. The deceased lady was a popular figure in the hunting field, and a generous hostess, and her death is very deeply regretted. Airs Moore, of Christchurch,, has been holidaying with her parents, Air and Mrs Horace Wilson, “Rotowhero,” Bulls, and rereturned home yesterday. Airs Alopre was accompanied by Aliss Taverner, of Bulls, who proposes making an extensive tour of the Stouth Island.
