“LAND’S END.”
ROAD IN THE FAR NORTH. TE PAKI, Dec. 17. The road from Te Paki to Spirits’ Bay has been completed, and it is now possible to 'drive to “land’s end” in the. far north. ,
The work was supervised by Mr L. Keene, of Te Paki, and surveyed by a workman on the Te Paki Station. Maoris did the hulk of the nawying. From Te Paki the road passes over very wild country, But ends with a. magnificent view of Cape Maria Van Diemen, Cape Reinga and Spirits'Bay, with the North Cape in the distance.
