BUNNYTHORPE.
(From Our Own Correspondent). BUNNYTIIORPE, Dec. 17. The certificates won by the scholars of the Anglican Church Sunday School in the recent examination, in which all passed, were presented by Rev. Mr Kempthorno. In an address, the minister referred to the excellent work the Sunday School was doing and to the recent visit of the Diocesan Sunday School organiser who was greatly impressed _ with the enthusiasm of the scholars which was an example to others of a larger institution. In the examinations an extremely wide range of teaching was necessary and many of the questions, Mr Kempthorne remarked, would puzzle a adults. He congratulated the teachers and scholars on their great success., The list was as follows :—Honours : Mostyn Anderson, 95, Std. 3: Thelma Rosvell, 87. Std., 4; Noel Mitchell and Selwyn Anderson, 85, Std. 1: ‘ Bruce Kilmerster, 83, Std. 2 : Nevelle Webber, 82, Std. 1; Stella Rosvall, 77, Std. 3. Passed with credit: Gennady Zotov. 72; Zena Dring, 58. Passed: ■Linda Reeves, 45; James Dring, 44. A special prize was presented to Mostyn Anderson for securing the highest marks.
