BEST BRAINS NEEDED. LONDON, Nov 28. Referring to tho industrialists’ letter to the' Trades Union Congress, suggesting a conference to discuss industrial relationships, Mr Ben Tillett, the veteran Labour leader, speaking at Salford, said that the best brains of the capitalists must join witli the best brains in the Labour movement in an brains in the Labour movement in an effort to save tho country’s trade.
