TREATY PROVISIONS.
FRANCE AND JUGO-SLAVIA. LEAGUE’S AUTHORITY RECOGNISED. "PARIS, Nov. 27. The text of the Franco-Jugo-Slavian Treaty pledges concerted action in the event of an unprovoked attack, provided the action is within the scope of the League of Nations. The two nations also agree jointly to examine' any question likely to endanger their external security, again subject to the League’s final decision. A clause recogpising the rights and* obligations of the Powers involved in the League’s non-aggression pact disposes of the report that the treaty involves mutual support even against the League’s decision. Both nations agree to settle disputes either diplomatically or by. arbitration. — Australian Press Association and Sun. cable..
