CORDIAL RELATIONS’. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Nov. 28. The Postmaster-General, Hon W. Noswortby, states that the statement quoted in a telegraih from Canberra alleging that Canada has disregarded all communications from New Zealand and Australia in regard to the Pacific Cable Board is incorrect as far as New Zealand is concerned. The relations between His Majesty’s Government in Canada and the New Zealand Government with regard to the Pacific cable aro the most cordial, and the statement that communications from this country have been disregarded must have been made under a misapprehension.
