COMPANY AMALGAMATION,
Received November 29, 2.10 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 28.
Meetings of holders of various classes of shares and debentures in Armstrong’s, Whitworth’is passed a resolution for fusion with the Vicker’s company. Some debenture holders angrily protested against the writing off of £11,000,000. Similar meetings in connection with the Vickers company also adopted resolutions.—A. and N.Z. cable.
