LORD CUSHENDUN LEAVES LONDON. Received November 29 at 10.30 a.m. LO'NDON, Nov. 28. Lord Cushondun has gone to Geneva as successor to Viscount Cecil for tho preparatory meeting of tho Commission on disarmament on November 30. Before departing Viscount Cecil said: “Our sole task is to appoint the security commission. I think that all the excitement this time will be reserved for the council meeting in December.” —A. and N.Z. cable.
