COMMUNISTS EXPELLED

The Matin says that recent incidents in the Sarre territory have led the Governing Commission to expel two Communist leaders, including Herr Schlaffer, a member of the Bavarian Diet. The newspaper Arbeiter Zeitung has been suspended for a month. —A. and N.Z. cable.
